Why the "In-Between" is Your Greatest Teacher

We are taught to celebrate the arrival. We toast to the new business launch, the diploma, and the fresh start. But rarely do we talk about the quiet, often uncomfortable space that comes right before the breakthrough: The Void.

For the last 5 years, my identity was tied to my hands. As a massage therapist, I was the "fixer." I was the one who physically moved the tension out of others. Parallel to that, my degree in Psychology gave me a mental map of human behavior—a tool I often used to navigate life with high-performance precision.

But then, my body staged an intervention.

A persistent rash on my hands made it impossible to continue my manual practice.

Suddenly, the hands that defined me were sidelined.

The Discomfort of the Unknown

When you stop "doing" at a high level, the silence is deafening. For those of us who have spent a lifetime being hyper-adaptable (as a survival mechanism masked as competence) to ensure everyone else's harmony, this in-between phase feels like a crisis.

  • It feels like a loss of purpose.

  • It feels like a lack of safety.

  • It feels like "wasting time."

But what I’ve realized is that this void isn't empty; it’s fertile. It is the space where the "Nice Girl" mask finally falls off because there is no one left to perform for. In this unknown, I had to stop analyzing my life with my head and start feeling it with my nervous system.

Building from the Core

During this "in-between," I didn't just wait; I listened. I returned to my roots in Classical Voice and Sound Healing. I began using The Emotion Code and muscle testing to ask my body what my mind was too afraid to admit.

I realized that my eagerness for "harmony" was actually a sacrifice of my own truth. By trying to avoid upsetting others, I was creating a discordant vibration within myself.

Now, something more solid is emerging. It isn't built on "fixing" or "performing." It is built on Resonance.

What’s Next ?

Soon, I will be opening the doors to a new way of working together—a collection of offerings designed for high-performance women who are tired of the lie.

We aren't going to just talk about your challenges; we are going to tune your system to your Truth.

A Message for Those in the Void

If you are currently in that "middle space"—where the old job or relationship is gone but the new path hasn't fully revealed itself—take a breath.

The void is not a sign that you’ve failed. It is the necessary silence between two notes. It is the pause where your nervous system finally gets to reset so that when you do sing your next note, it is True.

Stay in the resonance. Something meaningful is being built in the quiet.

With love and frequency,

Natalie
