This 21-day program provides a structured path to reset your nervous system and manage daily stress. The course creates a supportive environment for you to share your progress and insights with a community of participants. Designed by Natalie Harvey, the curriculum pulls from yoga and massage therapy principles to help you move from a state of constant 'fight or flight' to one of regulated calm.
